Administrative Assistant
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to project managers and field supervisors
Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and job-related documents
Maintain accurate project and equipment records
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage office correspondence
Assist with scheduling meetings, site visits, and project updates
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Support HR functions such as onboarding and training documentation
Perform general office duties and other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
1–2 years of administrative experience (construction or logistics background preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
Knowledge of construction documentation an asset
High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred

Concrete Foreman
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of concrete crews on-site
Read and interpret project drawings and specifications
Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards
Manage scheduling of equipment, labor, and materials
Conduct quality checks to maintain workmanship standards
Report project progress and issues to project managers
Train and mentor crew members in best practices
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in commercial concrete construction
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of structural, flatwork, and site concrete methods
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Proven ability to manage multiple crews and tasks
OSHA certification or safety training preferred

Responsibilities:
Perform finishing on slabs, sidewalks, curbs, and other concrete surfaces
Operate finishing tools and equipment safely and effectively
Apply curing and sealing products as required
Ensure surface quality and compliance with specifications
Collaborate with crew members to meet project timelines
Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a concrete finisher (commercial preferred)
Knowledge of hand tools and powered finishing equipment
Attention to detail with ability to deliver high-quality finishes
Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
Strong work ethic and reliability
