Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to project managers and field supervisors

  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and job-related documents

  • Maintain accurate project and equipment records

  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage office correspondence

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, site visits, and project updates

  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Support HR functions such as onboarding and training documentation

  • Perform general office duties and other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of administrative experience (construction or logistics background preferred)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy

  • Knowledge of construction documentation an asset

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred

  • Report project progress and issues to project managers

  • Train and mentor crew members in best practices

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial concrete construction

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Knowledge of structural, flatwork, and site concrete methods

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints

  • Proven ability to manage multiple crews and tasks

  • OSHA certification or safety training preferred

  • Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a concrete finisher (commercial preferred)

  • Knowledge of hand tools and powered finishing equipment

  • Attention to detail with ability to deliver high-quality finishes

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions

  • Strong work ethic and reliability
